Sonic the Comic: Most Wanted

Think this is the most characters i've had on one image at once.
Can anyone name them all?
Though I know you can't see all of them that well.

Anyway Sonic The Comic related once again, Oh that crazy british Comic, all the characters are from STC or STC-O.
Named 'Most wanted' as Sonic is the most hated character on Mobius in STC-O at the moment.

The image idea is based of The cover of Ultimate Comic's Spiderman 10. Though this I hope you will agree is a different twist on the idea.
